The Greater-Madison area has no shortage of quality hockey rinks and we're including links to their open (public) skate calendars. We don't claim to manage or know all of the schedules for every rink - please do your homework before driving to any of them. Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena
Home to your Middleton Youth Hockey Cardinals and the Madison Capitols programs! Suter has two full ice sheets.
Madison Ice Arena
Home to the West Madison Youth Hockey Association Polar Caps. MIA has two sheets and is sister rink to Hartmeyer.
Verona Ice Arena
Two full ice sheets in downtown Verona. Open skating, off-season hockey, senior skates, and more!
UW Bakke Rec - SubZero Rink
Open hockey, freestyle figure, and public skating are all offered. Be wary of parking enforcement!
Instructional lessons and drop-in opportunities are available in this state-of-the-art space.

Home to the Oregon Panthers and Wisconsin Hockey Development.
City of Madison Parks Outdoor Ice
Only available after a solid stretch of winter temperatures, the City of Madison Parks system maintains several outdoor skating and hockey options. These are entirely weather dependent so keep an eye on your local opportunities.
