Getting Started with CrossBar
So you're attempting to use our new CrossBar platform? We're learning, too! We know there are entirely too many apps and accounts for managing kids these days - but we really needed to find a new option for our hockey club when our old SportsEngine system ceased to provide a modern, functioning web platform.
We've highlighted some of the most important early functions for new users below (keep scrolling). You can also click the "How-To's" button here to access CrossBar's written guides on things like your family calendar, receiving emails from the club, adding people to your child's registration and communications, changing payment methods, and more.
Create a Parent/Guardian Account
- Click "Sign Up" from the top of the CrossBar website.
- Create an account with your preferred email address and password.
- A verification email will be sent to activate the Crossbar account.
- Click on the link within the verification email.
- Enter your name and phone number to complete the CrossBar account profile.
- Save your info.
Parent/Guardian Account Options
In your CrossBar account, you'll navigate with a few primary pages.
Participants: This allows you to add participants (players) that will be associated with the account.
Teams: Shows the assigned team. Clicking on the team will take you to the team page.
Settings: Update name, phone number, email address, and password.
